FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
CAN I STILL VISIT THE BAKERY TO?
Due to the Covid-19 lock-down in place, our bakery is opened for in-store transactions however we only allow 2 customers at a time. To continue to offer our baked products we have set up delivery to bring products direct to your door, and Click and Collect for those outside of our delivery zone or if you just want a trip out!
Orders may be placed at any time during the week, with collection available everyday between 9am - 4pm. You do not need to be in our delivery zone for Click and Collect
CLICK & COLLECT AND IN STORE ORDERING
We will offer Contactless ordering at front of site and Click & Collect. We have a limited range of products, where you can come and place your order.
WHAT PRODUCTS ARE AVAILABLE?
We can only offer a smaller variety of our usual products. You can see the full list of products on our menu here. Stay posted as our menu may increase in the future.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE AVAILABLE?
Delivery day is Monday and Friday. Orders will be delivered between 9AM-4PM.

Providing stock available, orders available for collection everyday between 8am - 4pm
WILL MY ORDER BE READY AT MY SELECTED TIME?
We will aim to have your order ready at the time selected but this is not always possible and we are unable to notify you of this. Upon collection if your order is not ready it should be ready within 15 minutes.
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
To keep up with our running costs, we have a minimum order cost of $20, as well as a delivery free of $5. We think this is a fair value to keep our delivery vehicle running and make up for the costs of delivery.
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?
We want to help reach as many of you as possible, but due to resource constraints we can only limit deliveries within the North Shore Area and some Rodney Area.
WHY IS MY DELIVERY NOT HERE AT THE TIME I SELECTED?
Deliveries will be on Monday and Friday only between 9am-4pm. We are unable to deliver at time selected due to our planned delivery route.
